Delivery takes 3 to 5 working days depending on your location. Major cities receive orders faster, while remote areas may take a little longer.
Which courier will deliver my order?
We ship through Leopards, TCS, or Trax — whichever is most efficient for your area. You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
Is advance payment required for all orders?
No. Advance payment is only requested in specific cases. Most orders are fully Cash on Delivery (COD). If required, only 30% advance is needed — the rest is paid on delivery.
What if my parcel is damaged on arrival?
Do not open a visibly damaged parcel. Refuse the delivery and immediately contact us via Email or WhatsApp. We will resolve the issue for you right away.
