MyPk.store reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at its sole discretion if it believes the terms are being violated.

Orders & Payments
All orders placed on MyPk.store are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is our primary payment method for most orders.
Payment via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or bank transfer is available for advance payments.
Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or Email.

Advance Payment Policy
To reduce fake orders and unnecessary return shipments, MyPk.store may request a 30% advance payment from certain customers before dispatching their order. This is applicable in cases where we are unable to verify the customer or where previous order history indicates a risk of refusal.
Please Note: The advance payment is non-refundable if the order is cancelled by the customer after it has been dispatched. The remaining 70% is collected at the time of delivery via Cash on Delivery (COD). This policy exists to protect both our business and our trusted customers from losses caused by fake or refused orders.

Shipping & Delivery
MyPk.store delivers all across Pakistan through trusted courier partners including Leopards, TCS, and Trax. Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location and courier availability.
Remote areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.
A tracking number will be shared with you once your order is dispatched.
MyPk.store is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect your parcel carefully before accepting it. Do not accept a visibly damaged parcel.

Returns & Refunds
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery by contacting us via Email or WhatsApp.
Damaged parcels must be reported before opening — do not open a visibly damaged parcel.
Items that have been used, washed, or had their tags removed are not eligible for return.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.
MyPk.store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated conditions.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be exactly accurate. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur.

Placing fake, fraudulent, or malicious orders.
